01One Team Through the Project
We stay with the project through every phase rather than handing sections to different crews, which is how the detailing stays consistent from the first room to the last.
The same people who set out the first area close the last one, so thresholds, baseboards and junctions match rather than drifting.
Where a project is phased across weeks, that continuity is the difference between a finished building and a patchwork.
02Taking Over a Stalled Job
It happens. A contractor leaves, a specification turns out to be wrong, or the preparation was skipped and the floor is already moving.
We survey what is already down before quoting, and we are honest about what can be saved and what has to come up. Sometimes the answer is unwelcome, but it is better than the alternative.
Then we price the remedial work separately from the new work so you can see exactly what the previous job cost you.
