01Preparation Decides Whether It Lasts
Deck coatings fail at the bond. Grinding the slab and testing it for moisture is what makes the bond hold.
Skipping it buys a floor that looks finished on handover and lifts in sheets within a season, usually starting where the traffic turns.
Existing coatings have to be dealt with rather than covered. A new system over a failing old one fails at the same rate.
02Working While the Garage Stays Open
Most garages cannot close, so the work is phased bay by bay or level by level, with the sequence agreed before anything is ground.
Cure times drive that sequence. A bay that needs forty-eight hours before a car goes on it has to be planned for, not discovered.
Line marking and bay layout are part of the same visit rather than a separate trade turning up afterwards.
